This badge is awarded to mentors who have successfully completed the 4-day Certified Mentors Network (CMN) program, powered by Egypt Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (EEIC), and implemented by the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) at AUC Onsi Sawiris School of Business. The program aims to strengthen mentorship impact by equipping mentors with practical knowledge, strategic tools, and future-ready skills. The program covers effective and strategic mentorship, relationship management, sustainability and governance, as well as self-empowerment, emotional intelligence, and the integration of tools and AI into mentorship practice.
